Eve Critchley, Mind’s Head of Digital, is leading the organisation’s digital transformation: a programme of activities to drive internal change, make Mind’s information and support more helpful and accessible through digital, and offer supporters a more integrated and personal experience. She previously worked in Mind’s Information unit, managing the development of Elefriends, a peer support community and app for people with mental health problems.
Building a new digital culture
Mind’s digital strategy aims to transform the way the charity delivers services and support, attracts and engages supporters, and uses digital and technology to work more effectively. In this talk, the Mind digital team will share some of the challenges they faced in developing and beginning to embed their digital strategy, and some of the initiatives they’re taking forward to offer a better experience for users and staff.
Eve will present this talk in partnership with Gareth John.
