David Edmundson-Bird is a proper old-school dot com casualty from 2001. David is Programme Director for Econsultancy's range of Masters programmes and Graduate Certificates at MMU Business School. He has enjoyed several spells in UK academic institutions as well as senior management and non-executive roles in the private digital media sector.

David had the pleasure of supervising a Masters level dissertation which looked at the development of a methodology for the measurement of intention on mobile devices.
This session looked at what it was like to support a mobile marketing professional conduct a study in our new lab. David looked over the experience of the lab, what it's like to conduct ground-breaking research at an industrial university, and why it's okay not to get the answers you're looking for.
