In 2013, a pilot programme for "continuous delivery" was launched internally to help solve this challenge. In this talk, I'll give the experiences we had building iWonder Timelines, the first front-end application to be delivered using continuous delivery at the BBC: new technical practices, new ways of working, the challenges we had along the way and what we learned from the experience.
